BRIEF
Concept and promotional design for British Film Institute’s Documentary series. The challenge was to fit eight disparate films and themes into a unified package.
THE PROPOSAL
The films, while diverse, reflect various aspects of the human experience. Collectively, they say 'we are all the same' — human — driven by the same desires. This notion is expressed as the two halves of faces reflecting each other and comprising a whole.

THE BRIEF
Editorial design for a new publication featuring unconventional travel destinations targeting the extreme-adventure traveler
PROPOSAL
The design proposal is a departure from traditional travel magazines. It is bold, yet with its limited color and imagery, doesn’t reveal too much. This allows the reader / traveler space for her own first impressions of the destination.

BRIEF
Concept development and campaign design to promote lesser-known artists and the burgeoning art scene in Manila.
THE PROPOSAL
‘Manila Unframed‘ exposes the edges of Manila’s art scene through online information dissemination and sponsorship of art events. The visual identity of partly hidden text intimates growth (out of a frame). The color palette is a modern nod to the colors of the national flag.
